The Moser Law Firm was founded by Charleston native, Jenny R. Moser, with the goal of providing compassionate and affordable legal services to families in transition.

Ms. Moser understands the issues handled within the Family Court -- adoption, divorce, custody, division of marital property and financial support, to name a few -- are often those closest to a client's heart. She works hard to be a zealous advocate for her client's interests while also assisting the client in finding creative, cost-effective alternatives to litigation whenever possible. She believes that the 'break-up' of a family should not mean the 'break-down' of the individuals involved.
